Back issues: Vols. 20-42 at US$40 per volume (two books). A volume becomes a back issue when it is three years older than the volume currently being delivered. More recent volumes are ordered at current prices.
As of October 2007, the
most recent back issue is volume 42. One volume contains two books of about 250pp each.
Volumes 43, 44, and 45 count as current volumes at the regular
subscription rate. You can order both current volumes and back issues
on line from this site.
Please add US$10 for foreign postage for current volumes. Expect shipping within 2 weeks for all volumes if they have already been published; otherwise, we'll ship as soon as the book is printed.
CDs are included with volumes 26-30 and 43/44, or you can order a CD separately for US$15.
